Closing a Beautiful Chapter of Training at TradExpert Team

Since early 2025, TradExpert Team has been running a continuous computer training program. A simple yet effective idea: enabling everyone—regardless of their starting level—to master essential digital tools. The concept is flexible: participants join ongoing modules and gradually complete the entire program. Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and even video conferencing tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams—everything is covered!

After three months of learning, hands-on exercises, small victories, and major breakthroughs, the training session concluded in August 2025 with a certificate ceremony held on August 9.

Neri Mukadi, Operations Manager at TradExpert Team, spoke on behalf of General Manager Eloge Mulumba. He warmly thanked the participants for their motivation and emphasized how digital skills have become essential in almost every professional field.

• Gabriel Muteba shared a powerful experience. When he first arrived, he said he felt “like a child.” Today, he works with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, and MySQL—skills he’s also expanding through his cybersecurity studies at the Université Pédagogique Nationale. According to him, TradExpert Team is fulfilling a noble mission for the nation.
• Beneth Kitemoko, who already had some IT basics, learned a lot during the session. “Life is a lifelong learning journey,” she said, and simply concluded: I enjoyed the training.
• Tania recalls how her computer used to gather dust at home—she didn’t know how to use it. Today, she uses Excel for her calculations, and her computer has finally become a true work tool.
• Sophia also praised the quality of the training and the availability of the instructors.
• Ms. Nsima shared that back in May, she couldn’t do anything on a computer. Now, she feels confident, especially with Excel. She wholeheartedly recommends the training to those around her.
• Finally, Rolland Botuli, who already had data but didn’t know how to work with it, completed the advanced Excel module. Now, he knows how to process and visualize it like a pro. He recommends the training to everyone.
