We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, online payments via secure platforms, and other payment methods that we offer, adapted to the client’s preferences. In case of late payment, TradExpert Team reserves the right to suspend the execution of services until the full amount due is paid. Late payment fees may also be applied.

The delivery times for our services are specified in the quote and may vary depending on the complexity and volume of the work requested. TradExpert Team is committed to meeting the agreed delivery times, except in cases of force majeure. In case of a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We take the confidentiality of your information very seriously. All data, documents, and information you provide will be handled confidentially and securely. TradExpert Team is committed to not disclosing your information to third parties without your prior consent, unless required by law. We also comply with current data protection regulations.

All work produced by TradExpert Team, including translations, transcriptions, and website creations, remains the intellectual property of TradExpert Team, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. You are granted a license to use the delivered work, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our written authorization.

TradExpert Team strives to provide high-quality services but cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage or harm caused by errors or omissions in the services provided. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the progress of the order. Any modifications may incur additional fees, depending on the nature of the request.

TradExpert Team will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services if such failure or delay is caused by a force majeure event, such as a fire, flood, strike, war, or any other unforeseeable event beyond the company’s control.

Any dispute related to the application of these terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent courts in the Democratic Republic of Congo. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
